Why I'm a Strong Fit
For more than 25 years, I've helped organizations navigate major technology shifts by bringing together design, product, engineering, and strategy to solve complex problems. Throughout my career at Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and UiPath, I've focused on creating the systems, processes, and experiences that make complexity feel simple. I see AI Agents as the next evolution of user experience moving beyond designing interfaces to designing intelligent collaborations between people and AI. My background in systems thinking, Design Operations, design systems, and product strategy, combined with a passion for challenging conventional approaches, positions me to help define the next generation of agentic experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and transformative.

Following is an email from Vikram who I worked with at Microsoft. At the time of this email, I wasn't able to fully commit so this Amazon position piques my interest and dovetails nicely into some AI Agent related deep dives and research I have been doing for my MBA AI studies.

The following diagram was created for the Digital Products Group - Kindle Fire Tablets UX PM team. There was no clear role and responsibility agreement when I walked in the door. I wanted clear understanding for my team and how success  was based on a shared relationship between Design and Operational. This focused Design on the WHAT and with Design's input Ops focused on the HOW.

As a UXer I have worked in roles where one person does both. When I am wearing my Ops hat I only contribute to Design Direction if asked.
